Tree King Terms of Service (Version 2026-10-14)
These terms cover the tree work on this invoice. Tapping "I agree" means you accept them.
- The work. We do the work described on this invoice or the estimate it came from, and nothing more. Anything extra is agreed first and billed at the price we agree.
- Your property. You confirm that you own the property, or have the owner's permission, and that the trees we work on are on it. If a tree is on a property line or belongs to a neighbor, you tell us before we start. You tell us about anything hidden near the work: sprinklers, buried lines, septic, invisible pet fences, and any lines or anything fragile in the drop zone.
- Access. You give us clear access for the crew and equipment on the day of the work. Pets are kept inside, and cars are moved out of the work area.
- What tree work can leave behind. Equipment and falling wood can leave ruts, flattened grass, and marks on lawns and soft ground. We are careful and we clean up, but these are normal and are not damage we pay for. Stumps stay unless stump grinding is on the invoice. Roots and grinding chips stay unless hauling them is on the invoice.
- Trees are alive. We prune to good practice, but no one can promise how a tree will grow, recover, or stand up to a storm after the work.
- Payment. Payment is due when the work is done, unless the invoice shows a different due date. Discounts apply as written on the invoice.
- If something goes wrong. If you think something was damaged or left undone, tell us within 7 days, with photos if you can, and we will come back and make it right where we are at fault. Our responsibility is limited to the amount paid on this invoice, except where the law does not allow that limit.
- Weather and rescheduling. Weather, safety, or an emergency job can move the date. We tell you as soon as we know. You can reschedule free of charge if you tell us at least 24 hours ahead.
- Photos. We take before and after photos of the work. We may show photos of the trees and the work on our website and pages (never your name), unless you tell us not to.
- Texas law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
