How Tree King runs
Seven stations that take your first call and turn it into a safely finished job and a clean yard.
The Organizing Board is how our company runs. It is a seven-station production line that moves work from left to right: a client's request comes in at one end and comes out the other as a safely completed job and a satisfied customer.
Its purpose: to enforce safety, remove friction, and give our team, our clients and our partners a clear view of who does what.
Recruits, hires and trains qualified people, and puts the right people on the right crews.
Makes first contact with the client, evaluates the trees on site, and agrees the work and the price.
Manages the money, funds equipment and the fleet, and handles billing.
Sends the field crew (climbers, bucket operators and ground support) to do the work safely.
Inspects finished job sites, enforces safety, and improves crew training.
Introduces Tree King to new residential and commercial clients.
Sets direction, watches each division's numbers, and drives the company forward.
A 3rd-generation arborist with more than 30 years in the trade. Lucas leads the field work, inspects the finished job, and answers for the result.
Nadya is Tree King's AI operations assistant. She works across the board: she briefs Lucas every morning, takes in new leads, prepares estimates, books jobs, assigns the crew, and follows up with clients by text and email. She is on at any hour, which is how a call at midnight still gets handled.
A predictable experience. Your job moves through a set sequence: safety check, expert field work, then a final quality inspection. No guesswork.
You know your exact role, what you produce each day, who you work with, and your path to promotion.
A business where every division is measured by its numbers, so growth is planned and equipment is put to full use.
Call Tree King for an upfront, on-site estimate. We’ll tell you exactly what your trees need — and what they don’t.
